A fine 19th Century striking and repeating gilded carriage clock by this eminent maker and with an enamel dial with seconds at 12 set within a finely engraved gilt surround. The case with original gilding and glzed side panels, the top panel glazed to reveal the fine quality platform lever escapement with large compensated balance wheel.
